site, http://www.dlee.org/skype/skype4.php you can type Ctrl+5 to move to the list of chat messages, then the End key to go to the last entry, a double Ctrl+5 to move the JAWS cursor into that area of the screen, then find the Save button with the JAWS cursor and click it. We don't have a shorter way yet, but that will work pretty well.
