If you have removed the program and then reinstalled it, the chances are that it is no longer authorized to communicate with the Skype API. So you will need to instruct Skype that this program should be allowed to use the Skype API. You can do this from the tools options, advanced managed programs access to Skype. You will have a list of executable files in this dialogue skread will be one of them. Go to the change button and check the radio button that says allow this program to use Skype. now select the ok button Then select the save button if that does not help then it is time to test your text to speech settings.
