Unless my memory fails me . The Skype scripts no longer support jaws 5.0. I posted information to where to acquire the program several times including ones under this very thread a few moments ago as for your friend's installation error you have not provided us with enough information to solve that problem. What version of Windows are you attempting to install Skype on? What version of Internet Explorer? does the computer meet the minimum system requirements? The exact error message would also be helpful.
