Jim Whenever I do an update using Skype's help menu with alt+h and then choosing check for updates and does the download and install screens that appear Skype always tells me to sign in again after the install has completed here. I definitely don't have 2 instances of Skype running here. I make sure its no running in the system tray when I shutdown Skype. I run it through the start menu programs group. I also tell it to not start up every time my computer starts nor to automatically log me in.
Thanks for your help. I am starting to think after the install was finished I should not have entered my usrname and passwor and should only enter on sign in button. Then the 2nd sign in screen appears where one enters the user name and password and can check the 2 checkboxes or not and choose sign in button. Right now 3.8 is working for me and I hope FS makes it better for us. It's a app all of us use. Thank you.
