[Skypeenglish] skype watch has stopped working

Hi.
SkypeWatch seems to work now.
Now, at time 15.18, I've typed alt+shift+f9 and Jaws told me that ...somebody 
signed in at 12.12. I've have a hugh traffic of people going in and out, lots 
of them have signed in and out in between 12.12 and 15.18. Is this behaviour 
normal from the SkypeWatch?
