[Skypeenglish] problems with skype contacts in 3.8

Hi List,
 
I am running Skype 3.8.0.188 and I have a contact in my contact list which
the status shows that this user has not shared his/her details with you, but
we both can send and receive chat messages ok.
 
Could anyone please tell me what the problem could be?
