It is definitely not a blocked contact. If you block a contact, they will be unable to call you, or send chat messages to you. It sounds like a missed event. this issue is usually easy to resolve. Simply Select the contact in question. Now press the context menu key, and select request details. from henceforward. You should be able to see when this contact goes off-line, online, etc. Hope this information is helpful. Thank you for reading.
