Hello Gary, I was actually hoping that someone else would answer this question, because I have not use Skype three in a while. So I am doing this based upon memory. So any errors that might occur I do apologize and please feel free to correct me. To add people to a Skype three chat. You will need to use the jaws list toolbar command jaws key f8. Arrow to the add option and press enter. Then you shift tab over to the okay button and press enter. I hope this helps.
