Hi Eva. To prevent unknown persons contacting you via Skype, go to Tools/Options/Privacy. You'll find various options there pertaining to who is able to call you or send you chat messages. For each option, select the radio button that allows only calls or chats from people on your contact list. Press Tab until you get to the Save button, and press Enter to save the settings.
