Just because Sean is no longer developing the product, and no longer providing direct support for it does not translate into you do not need it. This would be like saying, scripts for Skype 3.8 are no longer going to be developed, or supported. So if you're using Skype 3.8, you know longer need the scripts. This is flawed logic. If you wish the output that SKRead provides. Then you need SKRead, whether Shon is developing it providing support for it or not. Also the question then arises. what kind of support do you require with this particular program? The documentation is pretty self-explanatory, also. You have a number of people using this program on a daily basis on this list. So if you should require assistance I am sure that if you make an inquiry. One of us would be more than willing to answer your question. To conclude the program is quite useful. Unfortunately, it is no longer under development, and therefore is no longer supported by the author support is available however from the user base. I hope this provides clarification.
