Hi there, I'm experimenting the default view and I'm beginning to like it, because you never need to worry about closing a chat window. If you want to go to one of your contact's chat, simply select the contact in question and press control 4 or control five. If you want to leave this chat press control one, and you are in your contact list again. I haven't found any drawback yet but I'm still testing. If you want to try, go to the view menu and click on default view. If you want to go back to the old way, go to the view menu and click on compact view.
