make sure you are running the latest build of the skype scripts. now let's verified that you actually have Skype watch loaded. You can do this from anywhere by pressing alt+shift+F9. This will report the last noted Skype event. If you hear something else besides the last noted event that informs you that this is an invalid script command then you do not have Skype watch loaded correctly. If this is the case. Please refer to Doug's homepage for the correct procedure to install Skype watch. Now that we have verified Skype watch is loaded we can continue to the next step verifying that you have the notifications turned on that you wish Skype watch to announce. First open the Skype main window. Open the tools menu and select the options dialog. In the tree view, arrow down to the notifications option turn on the notifications that you would like Skype watch to announce, this should resolve your problem
