Hey Aiden,
note that SkypeWatch only works with the last two beta versions of the 
scripts which Doug just posted; with previous fevisions, it only could 
announce incoming calls. Please verify which scripts revision are you 
running, it must be 41b_beta2 or beta3.
Another thing, make sure there is an option called "SkypeWatch messages" in 
the JAWSKey+v dialogue, and that it is set to on, not off.
