Hello again Yvonne! If JAWS is saying that a contact is online or offline, that means that Skypewatch must be working. You have to be in a chat window to see recent chat messages, but if you send an IM to someone who is offline it's quite normal that they won't reply. As for "share screen", I don't know what that is either, so I just ignore it. I'm sorry that you feel you should give up on Skype 4.1 so quickly, but of course it's your choice if you'd rather use 3.8.
