Hi Doug! I don't think Skype combines two announcements into one because I can see two tray alerts, one above another when the two contact sign in. I tried do hear the last announcement by Alt + Shift + F9 but I only hear one contact sign in and that's the one I heard in the first place. I'll try to watch this issue more carefully in the future and let you know.
