I am hearing of this, but also I'm hearing that these things can be handled nicely in Skype 4.1. For instance, I thought you could press Space on a dropped participant's name to re-add them to the conference. I'm hoping that from this problem list you kindly provided, we can hash out which problems actually remain and which are just things that are done differently but still accessibly in 4.1 as compared to 3.8.
