Hi! I tried to find my original post on this but with no luck so I'll try to write it in short. If you press More options button in this section of Options, you'll get a choice of prefered sound cards. Chose the one you want for specific purpose and position it up with the Move up button. After that save the settings and it will stay that way. I don't know why the developers created this extra feature, my guess is because of USB headsets often do a mess in audio settings. HTH.
