hello! As i told, you have to import the sound on richi
for doing this: 1: click graphic 25 (options) 2: browse via tab and find ringtone settings 3: after finding the ringtone settings, you will see 2 radio buttons. 4: check the select ringtone button and you will see a screen for importing file. 5: if not, route jaws to pc + find the browse button, and select a file for import that you want somebody to hear when they call you. 6: when you choose wait 5 second and click ok. if there's no ok option, after importing the ringtone press ok, and you will be forwarded to option window, press ok to save changes. *important: if you didn't set the richi to run when windows starts up, you have to run it when you see all of your contacts. if you run richi when skype opens and if you even didn't log in, you can get bug reports and it may be cause to restart your system. if you set richi to launch when windows starts up, you won't have bugs like that. but i recommend for you to set richi to not start up when windows starts up, because sometimes you don't want to be online on skype. and richi will work for nothing, but it will effect your task manager and processor. hope those steps are helpfull. if not: feel free to contact.
