Lalo This was a query I raised a while back so will give this in brief as to the solution I was given. When selecting enable hot keys rather than tabbing after creating the key you want to use, you need to use the Jaws cursor to arrow to ok as the tab key is created as hot key. I'm not sure whether this is a known bug in Jaws or skype itself. Hope that helps.
