Very cool! Didn't know this. ...Just asked my wife about the 2 plugs on the 
headset. She said one plug was red and has a microphone icon and the other 
plug is green and has an icon of a pair of headphones. Is this in any way 
relevant to my problem? Since I don't have one of these adaptors, is there 
any other way of plugging in my headphone/mic combo into my desktop audigy 
soundcard?
