Yes they are I really wish people wouldn't say something is inaccessible when they are quite accessible. Learn how to use your screen readers mouse command people and you will find it quite accessible. In fact just did it with window-eyes and the mouse commands it works fine. Yep and it works fine with the jaws cursor to man what a dum name for moving the mouse around.
