Well, nice recommendation but.. Combining multiple screen readers for same
app is a bit weird to me.
If we use Jaws to read chats, SaToGo to acces the system tray icon, Window
Eyes for calling and NVDA to read history where will it get us?

what you might want to try is using the sa to go screen reader/ or system

If you press Alt F4, the window will close. If you press Alt Shift F4 two
times quickly, skype will sine you out and shut down completely. The
skype
opsions in the systom tray are not accessible at this time.
