If you are sure the user did not block or delete you in Skype, just do another Request for Contact Details, and it should go through without requiring the user to do anything. I have occasionally seen this happen spontaneously, but it should be very rare. The usual cause for seeing that particular change of status, from Online etc. to Not Sharing Details, is that the user blocked you or somehow otherwise removed your authorization for contact details. Hopefully though, unless provoked by particularly obnoxious behavior, a user would talk to you about a problem before deleting you. <smile>
