Hi Orhan, It sounds like the contact accidentally somehow, blocked you. You could try finding their name and hitting the applications key, and seeing if there is an option to request their contact details. Or, another way, is the person could always re add you to their contacts, and you should be good to go. I hope it gets resolved for you soon. Sabrina
