For what it's worth, I use SkypeWatch but turn off the announcement of sign-ins by not having that alert pop up in my system tray. SkypeWatch on my system just tells me who is calling, who left a voicemail, who just opened a chat window and with what line, and maybe a few other things. I agree, sign-in alerts get intense sometimes.
