Guys, this worked! Thank you so much! So here's how to do this, in this order: 1. Install JAWS 11 if you haven't done so already. 2. Look in your JAWS profile, and delete the files default.jsb and default.jss, if present. 3. Install Skype and the scripts if you haven't done so already. 4. Run the SkypeWatch utility, choosing the appropriate JAWS and Windows versions of course. I also recommend you check automatically compile scripts check box. 5. Tab to SkypeWatch enable... Button, activate the yes button, focus to the done! Dialogue box, activate the ok button, and voila! You now have a working SkypeWatch in your JAWS 11! Enjoy!

Jaws did a good job to start something off with the help insert + f1 and then we use skype scripts and the use"skypewatch.jsb" then the compile scripts isn't doing anything it basically does a error message.
