Guys, this worked! Thank you so much! So here's how to do this, in this
order:
1. Install JAWS 11 if you haven't done so already.
2. Look in your JAWS profile, and delete the files default.jsb and
default.jss, if present.
3. Install Skype and the scripts if you haven't done so already.
4. Run the SkypeWatch utility, choosing the appropriate JAWS and Windows
versions of course. I also recommend you check automatically compile
scripts
check box.
5. Tab to SkypeWatch enable... Button, activate the yes button, focus to
the
done! Dialogue box, activate the ok button, and voila! You now have a
working SkypeWatch in your JAWS 11!

in that case remove the default.jss and default.jsb from your user folder
and use the skypewatch installer.

I just manually recompiled the scripts for skype 4.1 and no compile error.
what .jss file is causeing the compile error?

No using Skype 3.8 or 4.1 as well. Jaws did a good job to start something
off with the help insert + f1 and then we use skype scripts and the
use"skypewatch.jsb" then the compile scripts isn't doing anything it
basically does a error message. I think if other people try jaws 11 then
see

Sorry Sarah and Everyone,
I have tried it also alongside Chris with windows XP and Jaws 3.8 with
JAWS 11, there was a compiled error and when I tried to verculized
the window, all it said was ok button and some writing on top which I
thought it would say that as well. Although skype watch does actually
work after, if the compiler that seemed to be a serious problem here.
If FS still have problems with the compiler or Doug can have a look @
it then hopefully we will get to
the problem somehow before the actual release of Jaws 11. Hope to chat

I am not sure why you people are having problems with skypewatch in
JAWS 11.
It is working great here for me with skype 4.1. I used the installer
for the skype scripts and then set up skypewatch manually.

In other words, if you are a SkypeWatch-dependent, do not upgrade to
JAWS
11
for now! LOL! Or take the plunge and install SkRead instead and
