Hello Chris. I am pleased that you had good luck using Skype 3.8 with Windows 7. My own personal experience however does not agree. Skype 3.8 was never stable on this Windows 7 system 4.1 however is extremely stable and runs with absolutely no problems. So I'm afraid I'm going to have to recommend 4.1 over 3.8 for Windows seven, whether or not, that is what the person wants to use simply because it works better and is more stable.
