Somewhere between 4.1 and the 4.2 beta release, there was apparently a
change in the systray alerts for sign ins and sign outs. There is no
longer any MSAA text in those. As a result, there is nothing for JAWS

provide the SkypeWatch announcements for sign ins and sign outs in the
released Skype 4.2 beta. This is an issue that Skype would have to

should still announce incoming calls and changes in your Skype status.
Sorry for the bad news, but unless I missed something, there's nothing
to do but get Skype to address this one.
