Yeh: also Doug, is in Skype 4.2, even though it's abeta, you can
re add them yourself: just press "call" button under there name
and they will come back in the confrence.

To re-add a conference participant is different in Skype 4 than
in
Skype 3, because in Skype 4, they don't really "leave" the
conference
when they hang up. In 4, go to the Profile area, find the
person's
name, then tab to the Call button after it and press Space. My
specific way of doing this is to type Ctrl+6 twice quickly to
jump
focus to the Profile area, then Tab to the first name in the
participant list, then arrow to the one I want, which could
involve
left/right or up/down depending on how your Profile area is laid
out,
and finally Tab from the right name once or twice to the Call
button
for that participant.
Btw, at least if the dropped participant is using Skype 4 as
well, the
person can tab from the conversation typing input box to a Join
button
and just rejoin the conference him or herself. If he or she does
that, the host will not have to answer the call; the participant
will
just reappear in the audio conference. This only works as long
as
there is still an active audio call.
