Careful, for a conference, there are multiple "Call" buttons. There's the "Call Group" button when the call is not active, and there is either a "Call" button or an "End Call" button in tab order after each participant's name in the Profile area, assuming of course that you are the conference host. The Call button you want is the one that is one or two tabs from the name of the person you're trying to call, and before you get to the next participant's name.
