Thank you for this information and I will give this to my friend. Also she
having another problem ,when I send her a message ,her skype didn't let her
know that I'm sending her a message . She told me skype didn't give her a
signal sound to let her know she got a message from someone . How can she
fixed this problem to have alert sound to let her know someone is sending a
message ?

I didn't see anyone answer this, so I'll try:
To play a voicemail, find the conversation containing it and open it.
Then go to the list of messages in the conversation, which is quickest
with Shift+Tab without the JAWS scripts or Ctrl+5 if you're running
those. Then arrow down to the line that is for the voicemail, Tab to
the Play button, and press Space.
Downloading a file is the same, except it will be a Save button rather
than a Play button that you tab to.
As for hearing percent complete, I honestly don't remember for sure,
but I think all we can see now is how long is left in the transfer.
Unfortunately, that requires a RouteJAWSToPC on the line for the
transfer in the message list. A little information is available
there, and more is available in a tool tip, but tool tips are not very
easy for us to use.
