Ok I'm going to subscribe you.

Hi!
The subscribing address was correct in the tweet where I found it,
Hrvoje, it's the confirmation of my subscription which I have not yet
been able to do.
After sending a subscription email, I got the following message in reply:
Hello [email protected],
We received your request to join SkypeTalking. In order for us to
complete the request, please reply to this email or visit the
following confirmation URL:
http://groups.google.com/group/skypetalking/subscribe?hl=en
If you have questions related to this or any other Google Group, visit
the Help Center at http://groups.google.com/support/?hl=en.
Thanks,
Google Groups
As I have already explained, replying to the email resulted in a
message saying it wasn't possible to create an account for my address,
and using the URL took me to a Google Groups page where there was no
special text to tell me that my subscription had been confirmed.
Looking at the help pages for Google Groups didn't help me much at all
either.
As the two methods I have tried for confirming my subscription to the
Skypetalking mailing list have not worked, is there some other way it
can be confirmed?
Thanks in advance for your reply.
Bye for now!

Again, use plus instead of minus when typing subscribe address. Minus
was my mistake, so my apologies.

Hi!
I managed to subscribe to your new Skypetalking mailing list,
Hrvoje, after seeing the subscribing address on Twitter, and I got
an email asking me to confirm my subscription to the list.
However, when I tried replying to the email asking me to confirm my
subscription, I got a "delivery notification status failure" message
containing the words "unable to create an account" as the reason for
the failure. Then I tried confirming my Skyptalking list
subscription with the URL in the email, but I landed on a
general-purpose Google Groups page, with lots of links, a warning
that the page may contain adult content, but absolutely nothing
about whether my subscription to the Skypetalking list was confirmed
or not.
I tried both these methods twice, with the same results each time.
Can you please suggest some way I could get round these problems? If
not, please confirm my membership of the list on my behalf, with the
following email address:
[email protected]
Thanks in advance for any help you can give me.
Bye for now!

Put plus instead of minus and try again.

Hello.
I tried subscribing to your list but got a delivery failure
message back.
Note that I tried the subscribe address you provided in your
message which
actually had an extra dash before the at sign and I also tried
without the
extra dash thinking it was a typo. Please advise. If you should
wish to
subscribe me manually, my address is [email protected] or
please post
the correct address for subscribing.
Thanks much.

Hello all using SkypeTalking application,
It's becoming annoying to send all new information about SkypeTalking
onto 3 separate mailing lists, and send translation info to every
single
person separately. Thus, I decided to create a mailing list for
general
SkypeTalking discussion. If you are a user of SkypeTalking,
translator
or a developer, please join this group to stay up-to-date.
The email address of a group is simply:
[email protected]
and you can subscribe freely, so the address
[email protected]
should work.
Note, this list is just for SkypeTalking, not for other Skype related
things. Questions about Skype scripts, SkypeWatch or Skype itself
will
thus not be tolerated. For other Skype things, you have Skype
discussion
list.
Thanks,
Hrvoje
