Thanks. But how about if the conference is between Skype3 and Skype 4 users? how to deal with it?

The host can also call the person back by finding the correct Call button. To do that, go to the profile area in that conversation window, such as with two quick presses of Ctrl+6 if you're running the scripts, then Tab until you get to a user name, then arrow to the user you want, and finally Tab once or twice from there to the next Call button and press Space on it. With Skype 4.1 I usually go to the live conversations list, higlight the incoming call, press the applications key and choose invite to conference. Skype 4.2 users, watch out because ctrl+3 does not work for going to the live conversations list, press some shift+tabs from the contacts or conversations pane instead. Bye!
