First tell we know what skype version it is hard to help you at all. Also tell we know what happens when you try the steps outlined it is hard to help you at all. First lets found out what version of skype your running. I assume you are using jaws so the directions will pertain to jaws. I assume this only because jaws is the most prevalent here. So if you're using something else then let us know. First open the skype main window. Now open the menu bar and go to help. Select about and read the box with jaws key b. Now get the scripts for the relevant version the script page is posted in every message to this list. Install the scripts then follow the step outlined for the version of skype you have to get voice mail. After you do this report back the following. 1. what version of skype. 2. what happens when you reproduce the steps so we can see what your problem is. I provided the steps a little while back for skype 4 so if you're using skype four follow these steps posted. With this information we might be able to tell you something useful. Hi I to have had the same problum. I have voicemail and have tryed what people have said but have had no luck.
