I'm experiencing the same issue, I cannot listen to a single voice mail.

I see the same problem. I get Emails from Skype, saying I have voicemails.
But I can't seem to find them. I use Skype 4.2 as well.

I have the same problem with voice mail. I pressed Jaws Key (Insert) and
F1
twice and I was taken to the site for help. I found the instructions for
retrieving voice mails. When I went back to Skype 4.2 I could find no
notices that I had voice mails and when I clicked on a person who I knew
had
sent a voice mail and tabbed through the choices there was nothing about
voice mail. I do have it enabled on my Skype.
