Since they previously used 3.8, the instructions for configuring Skype
were followed, so they are using comptact view.

buttons with Skype window, which we changed to classic.
Options often do not read correctly. For example, in general, it
announces 5 but doesn't say the meaning of the field.
They can find the conversation window, but when focused in it, the
commands such as alt 1 say not in a conversation window.
What have I missed?
