Hi, are you talking about single chat, or chats from few person? If you have a few person chatting with you at the same time, you need to monitor each single chat to able to read their chats. In SkypeTalking, press Ctrl+Shift+Alt+Function keys, e.g. F1, F2 etc to monitor chats with specific contacts.
