I'm referring to those messages you get when you are offline, like 
for instance when someone wants you to add him/her as a contact. As 
of now with skype 4.2 I'm still unable to find out how to review such 
messages.

Ebrahim I do have Skype Talking but when I press the hotkeys you speak
of, these text

messages can't be accessed. Most of these messages are sent when I'm

online. I think you have to start receiving text messages after Skype

talking has been loaded in order to use alt control shift 1 through 
0. .

Today when I opened Skype V 4.2.0.163 I found that I have 7 new
unread text messages; it sounded like "Skype 7 halpear". How do I
access them? I suspect that most of these messages are requests for
me to add a contact. When I tab around I find what appears to be a
multi-page tab control. When I hit spacebar I'm brought to what I
think is my Skype history. I'm probably missing something somewhere.
