Hi Judy,
My guess is that the reason it says online, unavailable" is because you are
already online, and that option is already selected in your profiles, so it
is unavailable for selection.
If you arrow through the menus, there is an option for "answer". when there
is no call to be answered, it says that "answer" is unavailable. This should
not be the case if you are receiving an incoming call. Try ALT page up, when
next you are receiving an incoming call. It is the shortcut keystroke for
answering an incoming call.
