Hi, first online is not available from the menu because you are already on line. Next time you get a call try using the skype talking answer key ctrl+shift+alt+home buy default. To get your voice mail before I go in to this I have to ask a question are you running jaws window-eyes or what? The steps to do this change depending on what screen reader your running. oh buy the way sorry I missed your calls have had company of late so have not always been near the pc.
