Hi, You can sett in skype talking (I think that this options checked already) [auto start skype if not running] skype talking you cann't sett to start with windows easy for you. If you want to auto start skype with windows go to the skype window, press alt+t down errow it's options hit enter. Now pres stub severals times and search for a "auto start skype" or something like that! And go to the save!
