I use skype 4.2 skypetalking and NVDA.
Can you tell me how to add someone on a conference to my contacts list?
I mean with NVDA.

A: You can configure skype talking to start skype. You can do this via the
options in it. You do have to authorize it but all you need do there is
check the allow radio button.
2. Do I have to have a webcam in order to Skype or just a mic?
A: You can have a mic, a cam or both. I use both when I want to but mostly
I use my mic.
3. Do I have an option to chat rather than Voice chats on Skype?
A: You do have that option to do either or. Just set the option in the
general section under tools/options.
