Telus Mobility and have the "My Faves 5 National" which let's me place and
receive unlimited calls from 5 numbers I specify no matter where I am in
Canada. It's $15 a month, but I think well worth it if you make a lot of
calls. This way I can add the Skype To Go number as one of the 5 favourite
numbers and basically call it for free no matter where I am and then take
advantage of my Skype subscription to make calls. You can change any of the
numbers you selected on the Telus website if you log into your account, but
the change won't take effect until the start of your next billing period,
e.g. if my billing period is from the 15th of the month to the 14th of the
next months and I change or add a number on the 16th, I don't have the
benefit of free calls until a month later.
