I don't think you can have automated mood messages in Skype, Sarah, but I
can think of one way to get round this problem of people calling while
you're in another call. I suggest that you change your online status to
Invisible while you're in a call, then switch it back to Online when the
call is finished, so that people know you are available to be called again.
I have sometimes done that, especially during conferences: even if I am
hosting a conference, I don't necessarily want everyone in my Skype contacts
to join it, and if they don't see me online they won't try to call me. This
can work for one-to-one calls too, to stop them being interrupted by other
contacts calling. If you do what I suggest here, namely changing your Skype
status to Invisible during a call, I suggest warning whoever you're talking
to that you are about to change your status, so that, if they hear, through
SkypeWatch or SkypeTalking for example, that you have gone offline, which is
what your status shows up as when you set it to Invisible, that won't be a
shock to them.
This is just a suggestion, and you can try something else instead if you
wish, but this has worked for me.
