You can find the strings required for that little bit of jkm
translation in the Skype language file. The relevant English file
lines, which show the IDs you need, follow:

sSTATUSTEXT_USER_ONLINE=Online
sSTATUSTEXT_USER_AWAY=Away
sSTATUSTEXT_USER_NA=Not Available
sSTATUSTEXT_USER_DND=Do Not Disturb
sSTATUSTEXT_USER_INVISIBLE=Invisible
sSTATUSTEXT_USER_FREEFORCHAT=SkypeMe!?

The two things you see in quotes are the italian words for connected
and that RightShift+4&o&c is because I've set the skype command key to
RightShift+4.
