hi
if you mean deleting information from when you select control 2 when you go
up and down with the arrow keys when you hear the one you want press delete
key you will then be asked some information press enter and the contact
should be removed from the conversations list
if i knew what the information was that is announced after pressing delete i
could tell you but whatever jaws says after pressing delete just press enter
again

You should just be able to right click on the person's name but I wartched
a friend try and do it and it didn't work. That's the method I used in
skype 4.exe.
