Same here, using jaws 10 and Vista. I do sometimes see focus issues when Alt+Tabbing into Skype, but I don't know if they are related to scripts, Skype version, Windows version, or what. Tab always seems to work to get out of this. Ctrl+numbers can also work when scripts are running. I see this in Vista and Skype 5.0, 5.1, and maybe some 4.x versions when I used to run those.
