Hello Chela, Thank you for your reply. We understand that Skype crashes when you receive a contact request and you receive an "unterminated tag" error message. We would be happy to assist you with this. Can you try to completely remove Skype from your computer again, even on your computer's registry, by following the steps the previous representative has given and then try to download and install Skype as follows: First try to clear the browser cache. Choose the correct set of instructions depending on the browser you use: Internet Explorer: Tools > Delete Browsing History > Tick the option Temporary Internet Files, then click Delete Mozilla Firefox: Tools > Clear Private Data > Tick option Cache > Clear Private Data Now Now download Skype from: http://www.skype.com/go/getskype-full When the pop-up window is displayed please choose Save and wait until the file finishes downloading. Now you can start the installation file, which should be named SkypeSetupFull.exe. Windows should send you a prompt to start the installation automatically. If you do not receive the prompt then you can start the installation manually using the SkypeSetupFull.exe executable file, which you should find saved onto your Desktop.
