This is not what he's talking about. He wants skype to stay in the SystemTray like it does in Windows XP and Vista, instead of staying as an open window you can alt-Tab to. Unchecking Skype from the Advanced tab to not show on the taskbar will not solve the problem of keeping the skype window open. This is an issue with Windows 7 and Skype and I don't know why the publishers of Skype are not fixing that.
